Senior Administrative Assistant

The Governors of St Theresa’s school wish to appoint an outstanding, talented person to work alongside the School Business Manager to provide exceptional business support service to our pupils, teachers and wider stakeholders.

As a key member of our school’s business support team, your expertise will help to deliver an outstanding learning environment for our young people.

The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational skills. You will have extensive experience of delivering outstanding customer service and possess the ability to develop relationships across our school and the community.

We would like to appoint a Senior Administrative Assistant who:

  • Is a practising Catholic and/or is willing to fully support the Catholic ethos of the school.
  • Will support staff, children and families across our school setting.
  • Is passionate about making a difference to children’s education and lives.
  • Is enthusiastic and willing to support the wider life of the school.
  • Is a team player who collaborates well with staff and parents.
  • Has 5 A*- Cs at GCSE including English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in an administrative role within a public/private sector setting.
  • Experience in financial, HR, business and/or premises operations.
